Gather Documents

Vehicle Registration Certificate: This document proves ownership of the vehicle. Police Clearance Certificate: This certificate verifies that the vehicle is not stolen or involved in any criminal activity.   Export Permit: Obtain an export permit from the International Trade Administration Commission (ITAC).

Remove Personal Belongings: Ensure the vehicle is empty and free of personal items. Check Vehicle Condition: Verify that the vehicle is in good working condition and meets any export requirements.

Arrange Shipping

Choose a Shipping Method: Select the most suitable shipping method, such as container shipping or car carrier transport. Book Your Shipment: Contact a shipping company to arrange the transportation of your vehicle.

Customs Clearance

Complete Customs Forms: Fill out the necessary customs declaration forms accurately. Pay Duties and Taxes: If applicable, pay any required customs duties and taxes.

Obtain Export Clearance

Delivery

Coordinate with Shipping Company: Coordinate with the shipping company to arrange the delivery of your vehicle to the destination port. Import Procedures: The importer will need to handle the import procedures and customs clearance in the destination country.
